  • 3 Weeks Paid Time Off (Starting): PTO? Yeah, we got that. Newbies start with three weeks, on top of the normal federal holidays.

Medical

We offer an employee’s choice of either a PPO or HDHP through Cigna which offers the flexibility to receive medical care from a wide variety of hospitals and doctors in and out of network.

  • Dental: We offer an employee’s choice of either a standard or a premier dental option through Cigna which allows you to see any dentist or specialist “in” or “out” of network.
  • Vision: We offer a Cigna Premier Vision Plan with the flexibility to see any optometrist or specialist in or out of network.
  • Flexible Spending Account or Health Savings Accounts: These accounts use pre-tax dollars deducted directly from your paycheck for eligible healthcare and dependent care expenses.
  • Life Insurance: Provides protection to you and your family against the loss of income due to accidental death.
  • Disability: Protects you and your family by providing a portion of your income during times when you are unable to work.
  • Parental Leave: New parents are eligible for parental leave/baby bonding at full pay for up to 12 weeks within the first year of the new born child’s life.
